Nutrition
Initial Visit $125.00 (Initial Consultation, HRV, Analysis and Report of Findings)
Follow-up visits: $40 (15 minutes)
12 pre-paid visits $396 (you save $84). Equivalent to $33 per visit.
Insurances: We do not bill insurance companies for nutritional office visits. Your insurance may or may not cover these fees. We can provide you with a receipt and billing codes so you can submit the bill to your insurance company.
Chiropractic
We accept all insurance plans. You can contact your insurance carrier to check for your policy limitations. We will confirm this information with your insurance company when you make your first appointment. If your policy covers chiropractic we will bill your insurance company for your treatment. For specific fees regarding Chiropractic care please contact our office.
